Jordan`s BBQ and Seafood in Swansboro

Our new favorite restaurant! The hush puppies are to die for, the atmosphere is charming, the service is great! Like I said, this restaurant is our new go-to and we couldn’t be more excited about it!

Good food nice people a little pricey

Nice sized place with lots of seating. The service was warm and friendly from the host to our waitress. Our drinks were always topped up. The food was great and we especially enjoyed the hush puppies that kept coming. A good place to take the whole family. Jordan's is worth checking out if you are in the area.

Our 5 year old gives your Mac and a cheese a grade of 100. Our 8 year old says the hush puppies were awesome, great, fabulous, and tremendous. The adults In our group rated the shrimp delicious and the ribs and pulled pork were perfect. Great service and laid back atmosphere. We'll be regulars!

Food was great! Service was great! Sorry we came in at 8:48. 12 mins before you closed...however, no complaints from the staff!

Spacious, clean, country music over the speakers, bar, TVs and fresh traditional restaurant food. Including fried seafood, chef salad, and hamburger steak. Great hushpuppies!

The food was great I recommend 10/10 they were consistent with drinks and overall were really nice

We were visiting my brother in north Carolina and decided to have Jordan's smoke house, I had catfish, he had brisket, they were both amazing..

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! My wife and I love going to Jordan’s. Every time we go, we are always welcomed with kindness and hospitality. The staff is awesome, and eager to ensure that meal is perfect. The sweet tea is on point, the hush puppies are the best I’ve ever had ( but you have to ask for the in house cocktail sauce, otherwise you’re really missing out.) I’ve never had any issues with Jordan’s, I’d recommend this place 100 times before I recommend anywhere else. Never disappointed.

They have amazing homemade barbecue sauce!!! I highly recommend this place. It was our first time an we will definitely be returning!!! All the food was delicious and Amanda our waitress was excellent!!!

Got takeout brisket and ribs. Honestly just disappointed with the quality of the BBQ. Not super flavorful, moist, or tender. Hush puppies were a little sad too. I would give this place a pass if you’re looking for good southern BBQ.

Very good food and service. Got there early enough to beat the dinner rush. Glad we found out on or vacation, we enjoy eating local rather than hitting the chain restaurants on our vacations. The fried okra was delicious. The fried flounder was a little over cooked though. The hush puppies and BBQ were also very good and the shrimp too.

FLAT OUT FANTASTIC! From our walk through the door until the end of our meal! Service was over and above the top and the food was spot on! We enjoyed our visit and delighted to find y'all in our travels! Thank you!

The BBQ chicken and pulled pork was excellent! I loved the flavor of the green beans as well. We are from another state and will come back here when we’re in town!!

Extremely friendly and attentive staff! The entire please looked as if it were brand new. That is how clean it was here. They were very busy while we were there and our server took amazing care of our large party. The food was excellent. My family and I went for our final vacation dinner. We ordered a large mix of BBQ and seafood, both were great. Best fried oysters I have ever had. 🙌🏻 Would recommend as highly as possible. Thank Y’all!

First time at this place and it was AMAZING! I ordered BBQ Ribs, fried squash and fries. Everything was so delicious. Our waitress Charlene was THE nicest. Will definitely visit this place time and time again!

Light refreshing food, everything was very tasty and delicious. Customer service was outstanding! Definitely recommend this place for a large selection as well. Wonderful family meal!

Disappointing barbecue and sides. The meats were not very tender and had no smoke flavor. The brisket was tough, the ribs were bland, and the pulled pork was over sauced. It all tasted like something a bad home cook could make in the oven. The hush puppies were sad — dense, not crispy. Skip this place unless you’re looking for the very basic and can’t be bothered to put ribs in your own oven with a jar of sauce because that’s the quality you’re getting here.

The best seafood in the Swansboro area. They have daily specials for lunch with home cooked sides. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive. Today was cold and I sat by the wood burning fireplace.. nice. I highly recommend Jordan's. You will not be disappointed.

Staff friendly. BBQ was good but not great. We prefer more of the vinegar based style but we would eat there again.

Restaurant was about 1/4 full for a 1:30 lunch time. As a party of 4 we were seated right away, but then... 2 other tables who were seated after us got their food first. Then when my food came out, I got 1 piece of fish. No sides, nothing. For $10. Ridiculous.

Hands down the best fried oysters I've ever had!! I ordered the oyster po boy. It's served on a 6" sub roll with a pile of oysters, lettuce, tomato, and an amazing remoulade sauce. So many oysters on this thing that I had to eat several just to close the sandwich.

The Down East clam chowder was just right! The BBQ stuffed skins are good too!

This place is legit. Busy when I got there on a Sat night and they recommended to sit at the bar, which was ample, and their man was quick with a smile and a drink.Wasn't but maybe 10 min before my meal of fried oysters and pulled pork came out. Along with my sides of (They Call Me) tater salad and baked beans, I was hungry no mo'.If I find myself in Swansboro again, I'm all over this place like ugly on an ape.With apologies to all apes. We must stop all this hate.
